Creamy mash with gravy

  • 4-5 large desiree potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) warm skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon extra light sour cream
  • 1 Gravox Traditional Gravy Tub


  1. Cook potato in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
  1. Add the milk, and sour cream to the pan and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Heat Gravox gravy as per instructions and fold into the mash and transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
