Gravox Recipe

Pasta Salad

  • 375g pasta
  • 2 tbs rock salt
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 160g Gravox Aged Cheddar Finishing Sauce
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 180g tub baby bocconcini, drained halved
  • 1/3 cup olives
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2/3 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Heat a large saucepan of water and rock salt over high heat until boiling. Add pasta and cook according to packet directions until tender, drain. Return to pan.
  1. Add oil and Gravox Aged Cheddar Finishing Sauce to pasta. Toss to coat. Add tomatoes, bocconcini, olives, pine nuts and ½ the basil. Toss to combine. Divide pasta between bowls. Top with remaining basil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
