Parmesan & Rosemary Potato Wedges

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Saxa Garlic & rosemary salt flakes
  • 1 (50ml) Gravox Chip Gravy Tub


  1. Pre heat oven to 200c fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Peel potato and cut lengthways into wedges. Place in a large bowl, add the oil, using clean hands toss the potatoes until they are coated with oil. Spread potatoes in a single layer, onto a lined baking tray. Drizzle any remaining oil over potato.
  1. Bake potatoes for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180c and bake for a further 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the combined parmesan and Saxa garlic & rosemary salt flakes. Heat Gravox gravy tub according to instructions. Serve with chips.
