Greek Chicken Skewers with Chicken & Herb Gravy

  • 750g boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated and juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 x 165g Gravox Roast Chicken with Herbs Gravy
  • Fresh oregano leaves to garnish
  • Greek Salad to serve

  1. Thread chicken onto skewers. Place in a ceramic dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or longer if time permits.
  2. Preheat barbecue plate on medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 3-5 minutes each side or until chicken is just cooked through. Heat Gravox Roast Chicken with Herbs Gravy according to packet directions. Serve chicken with Gravox Roast Chicken with Herbs Gravy and Greek Salad
